The thing about migraines (vestibular migraines (VM) in my case) is that symptoms can arise suddenly and unexpectedly. I’d say I’ve mastered my preventative plan and use essential oils, supplements, diet and movement to elevate my wellness and lead a vibrant life- with VM; however, sometimes symptoms arise and when they do I feel much better knowing I’m prepared and confident because I have a plan in place.
Essential oils have supported my wellness every step of the way. Note that when I discuss essential oils, I am only referring to certified pure therapeutic grade (CPTG) essential oils. There’s a lot of junk out there claiming to be “oils”, but quality is everything. Without quality, there are no benefits. I follow a daily oils routine to support my health, but the below method is when a trigger (commonly weather and/or hormones in my case) causes a shift in my system (think bucket overflowing) and a migraine starts to breakthrough. I use this system to provide support to my body and combat the migraine.
