you gotta nourish, to flourish YOUR 'BLISS OUT' GUIDE IS ARRIVING FEBRUARY
Creating this space has been an idea for years, and I tuned into it even deeper during my fight with a vestibular disorder. I'm on the trek of taking a holistic approach to heal, support + nourish my body. I am voicing my experience because battling a vestibular disorder is heartbreaking on so many levels, and I don’t think anyone gets through this human experience unscathed, whatever your situation may be. In an instant I lost myself, only I looked the same on the outside- the world couldn’t see it (a blessing + a curse) - but on the inside I was, simple put, broken. Over the course of two-years, I built a new-found level of confidence, strengthened my mind + body, and learned the true magnificence of this life. I was able to bring this guide 'bliss out' to fruition in the months when I once again felt grounded, entering my version of recovered, and bursting with gratitude for the progress I’d made.
The battle opened my soul until all that was left was me- raw, real and honest. Over the last decade, I embraced a plant-based diet, ran many miles setting my soul on fire, became a mother, shared my life + connecting with others, been hit with a chronic disorder and battled my way out. Along that road I've put into practice routines + habits and a lifestyle of gratitude that has given me my drive and passion to truly experience the beauty in this world..
You get to live in a way that the incredible you gets to shine bright with a gratified soul. This guide is not an all-or-nothing type deal. Take what feels right for you and incorporate that into your life. If there are parts that don't fit just right in your soul, then move through those parts. Those components will be what is calling to someone else. And if you love it all, that's fantastic too.
